Layout & Form Factor
Tenkeyless (TKL) design removes the numpad, giving more mouse space and a closer, more ergonomic hand position for gaming and work.
Size is roughly 36 × 15 × 4 cm and about 640 g, so it is easy to reposition on the desk and reasonably portable.
Switches, Feel & Noise
Uses SteelSeries Whisper‑Quiet rubber‑dome switches rated for around 20 million keypresses, giving a soft, slightly “mushy” tactile bump but very low noise.
Anti‑ghosting is good enough for typical gaming inputs, and typing feel is stable with minimal key wobble, though latency is not ideal for ultra‑competitive esports.
Durability & Water Resistance
Rated IP32 for water and dust resistance, protecting against small spills and splashes, which is rare in this price range.
Plastic body but reported as solid with little flex, giving a durable feel for a budget board.
RGB & Controls
8‑zone RGB backlighting (not per‑key) controlled via SteelSeries software, with effects that can react to games and apps.
Dedicated media keys plus a clickable volume roller let you adjust volume, skip, pause, and change brightness directly on the keyboard.
